At twenty-three years old I was called to make a trip from my native country, Brazil, to Canada. A move that changed the course of my life.

After more than ten years of trying to get permanent residency and a lot of ups and downs, I was finally allowed to live in the far and wide land. I was thirty-eight when I was living the dream, but somehow I wasn’t feeling fulfilled. Searching for true meaning and fulfillment in life and at work, one day during lunchtime, I wrote a note asking the skies for help.

The answers started to come and I was shown that all that I was looking for is created from within. A shift was necessary.

I started doing a lot of inner work, and when I opened up my soul, shedding the layers that were keeping me in hiding, I started to find the inspiration, alignment, peace, and joy. That is what I call to find your light.

During this time, I found refugee in nature. The parks and ravine close to work were the places where I could recharge, and connect with the energy of life. 

I found the meaning, fulfillment, and fascination that I was looking for, and now it’s my highest desire to help you find yours as well.
